加々美行政書士事務所（以下「当事務所」という）は，個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」という），その他関係法令，及び，以下に定めるプライバシーポリシーを遵守致します。
１．個人情報の取得
当事務所は，利用の目的上必要な範囲において，適正な手段により個人情報を取得致します。
２．利用の目的
当事務所は，取得した個人情報を以下の目的で利用し，法令により定められている場合を除いて，ご本人の同意がない限り，他の目的において利用致しません。
（１）行政書士の業務の遂行
（２）研究会，講演，セミナー，その他の催し物のご案内
（３）年賀状等の挨拶状のご送付及びご送信
（４）人材の採用選考，連絡，採用後の人事管理
（５）業務の改善，調査，研究
（６）お問い合わせへの対応
（７）その他上記の利用目的に付随する行為
３．個人情報の安全管理
当事務所は，取得した個人情報を，事務所の運営体制の構築・改善，及び従業員に対する教育により，適切に管理し，漏えい，滅失，毀損に対する予防措置を行います。
４．個人情報の第三者提供
当事務所は，法令の定めによる場合を除き，ご本人の同意がない限り，個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
５．第三者への委託
個人情報に関する取り扱いの全部または一部を第三者に委託する場合は，当該第三者に対して適正な調査を行い，取り扱いを委託した個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう，当該第三者に対して適切な監督を行います。
６．個人情報の開示等の求め
当事務所は，個人情報の開示，訂正，追加，削除，利用の停止，消去，第三者への提供の停止または利用目的の通知についてご本人からのお申出があった場合，お申出頂いた方がご本人であることを確認し，個人情報保護法の定めに従い適切に対応致します。
７．改善措置
当事務所は，個人情報の取り扱いに関する利用状況，管理体制を適宜検討し，個人情報が適切に管理されるよう継続的な改善に努めます。

Kagami Gyoseishoshi Office (hereinafter referred to as “our office”) will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information Protection Act”), other related laws and regulations, and the privacy policy defined below.

Our office will acquire personal information by appropriate means within the scope necessary for its intended use.
2. Purpose of Use
Our office will use the acquired personal information for the following purposes and will not use it for other purposes without the individual’s consent, except as defined by law:

3. Safe Management of Personal Information
Our office will manage the acquired personal information appropriately through the establishment and improvement of office operational systems and employee training, and will take preventive measures against leakage, loss, and damage.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Our office will not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except as required by law.
5. Entrusting to Third Parties
When entrusting all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, our office will conduct proper investigations on the third party and supervise them appropriately to ensure the safe management of the personal information entrusted.
6. Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information
If an individual requests the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, or notification of the purpose of use of their personal information, our office will confirm that the requester is the individual themselves and respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
7. Improvement Measures
Our office will periodically review the usage and management system of personal information handling and will continually strive for improvements to ensure appropriate management of personal information.
